## WingStand by Jefferson's Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Better than WingStop, but please remove forced tip"
This would be a 5/5 but every time I order wings that I am going to pick up myself, there is no option to choose if I tip or not without manually entering 0. You include a service charge already, I am picking up my wings. Never in my life before Covid have I had to tip when I’m picking up my food. Also, it’s really scammy feeling to have the tip auto-included into the payment, there is no pop up saying “would you like to tip”, they just auto put in a 15% tip, and if you change your time of pickup per-se, it changes it from the tip or lack of tip you left, back to 15 or 20%.

Don’t get me wrong, usually I tip in cash because I love your guys wings and food, and I 100% tip if I am dining in. But really, tipping to pick up your food just shouldn’t be a thing and it should at least be a choice. Please make it so leaving tips has a visible “no-tip” option and I will change my review to the 5/5 you all deserve. Sorry to sound stingy, but I worked in food for decades and never worked somewhere that had a system set in place to basically force tipping.

### ***** "Don’t go to wing stop"
WAY better than wing stop. Better sauces, better side choices and the fries are so much better than wing stop. Not sure why wing stop gets so much business because they’re not good at all.
-- Londocalrizeon, 2024-02-06

### *---- "Love food hate forced 15% tip"
Had 7% tip, added payment (Apple Pay) then it switched back to 15%. If you do not pay your employees a living wage, then you should rethink your business model.

### ****- "The app is horrible"
Food is fantastic, people are awesome, but that app. Someone needs to politely be let go for creating that app.
-- Stewhemmer84, 2023-03-26

### ***** "First Time"
The svc was great! They explained everything! I placed an order to go as well as eating here! I’ll be back! 🤗
-- Nitafromkc, 2022-11-09

### *---- "Signing in trouble"
Trouble signing in. No place to order as a guest

Did not have a clear login area with previous email/pass entry. Kept getting error saying email address was already in use. No pass retrieval area
-- GC mission, 2022-09-27

### *---- "Watch out for the service charges"
A 12% service charge to use your app? No thanks.
-- KsJayhawksfan, 2022-08-16

### ***** "Best wings I’ve had"
I order for delivery and they leave it in the perfect spot and the food was worth it
