Just tried to revive my subscription to use the app to operate my window A/C and couldn’t get the app to recognize the unit. Customer support regurgitated the steps for me, then finally shared that my mobile phone from wasn’t old enough to transmit the code needed (needs to be iPhone 10 or older). I see the app isn’t been updated in 4+ years. At least they didn’t argue about refunding me.
