The app’s customer service reps take 1 week to reply to concerns at minimum -- Venicalu, 2024-01-07 ### *---- "Needs Work. Website is Better" The app is not like the website. App does not list and show reviews of the childcare facilities. This is visible and easily accessible on the website, but with the app, the general info is listed but NOT the reviews by other parents/guardians. PLEASE FIX!! As most ppl rely on the app to be well developed an not use the website on a mobile device when an app is available. -- amgie pookie, 2023-09-05 ### ***** "Mrs. Rodriguez" I'm delighted to share my positive experience with the excellent preschool my 3-year-old attends. My child absolutely adores her teacher, and it's heartwarming to witness their special bond. The preschool's nurturing environment and engaging activities have truly fostered her growth and development. I couldn't be happier with the choice we made for her early education. -- Marlo777, 2023-08-10 ### ***** "From Nextdoor:" Sandy Infant & Childcare. Our baby is currently being cared for by Zea. She had been at a daycare but wasn’t doing well there. We had looked for quite a while to find a new set up and Zea has been a dream. She is kind, attentive, responsive, responsible, and our daughter is thriving in her care. She sleeps like a champ, eats well, and Zea is great with making changes as needed. She is experienced and you can tell. We wanted an environment where she would be loved on, paid attention to, played with, and got outside. I truly can’t say enough good things about her. This has taken a huge stress off our backs to know our daughter is well cared for and loved when at work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking. -K. I requested information from nearly 10 different facilities and nobody sent me a singly email or message via this app. It’s been over a month with multiple request and not a single reply. -- Linn Marh, 2022-09-10 ### ***** "It’s a nice app for single parents please keep this good work" It’s a good app for single parents who need help or advice to improve life and kids but would have been great if someone can actually communicate with another privately on dm. Please I will want the technical team to look into this thanks. -- BELLASWEETIE567, 2022-03-14 [View all Winnie reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Winnie Discovered Keywords - more - care app - child care - care - care con - care com - back - child care app - up care - winnie ## Apps Similar to Winnie - [NannyPod - Sitters & Nannies](https://apptail.io/app/nannypod-sitters-nannies-Fgq/united-states) - [Back-Up Care](https://apptail.io/app/back-up-care-TsI/united-states) - [Bambino: Babysitting made easy](https://apptail.io/app/bambino-babysitting-made-easy-TBO/united-states) - [Find Child Care: Sittercity](https://apptail.io/app/find-child-care-sittercity-WDhb/united-states) - [UrbanSitter: Find Child Care](https://apptail.io/app/urbansitter-find-child-care-XDhb/united-states) - [Care.com: Hire Caregivers](https://apptail.io/app/carecom-hire-caregivers-rLhb/united-states) - [Wyndy: Trusted Babysitting App](https://apptail.io/app/wyndy-trusted-babysitting-app-tLhb/united-states) - [Trusted Caregiver](https://apptail.io/app/trusted-caregiver-vLhb/united-states) - [Helpr: Child & Adult Care](https://apptail.io/app/helpr-child-adult-care-xLhb/united-states) - [Daily Connect: Childcare App](https://apptail.io/app/daily-connect-childcare-app-NAxc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
