## Winnipeg Public Library App Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Useful app!"
If you’re a frequent library user this app is very handy. You can scan the barcode from the app instead of carrying your physical card, search the catalogue, renew physical books online, manage holds… I use it all the time.
-- Killerwhaletank7, 2024-12-27

### *---- "DO NOT DOWNLOAD. The App is Phased Out. NO SUPPORT."
Useless app at this point, the city did not renew the service contract and now the app is broken. Not sure who is at fault here, I do know the app does not work at all.

Was told there will be a new app in January if 2024. Where is it?

Great work City of Winnipeg, how did you let his happen? Zero planning from city hall as expected. Keep spending my tax money.
-- Mizu Ki, 2024-09-18

### *---- "Can’t connect to the server"
Used to be a great app, now useless.
-- Jake081, 2024-02-24

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
The app doesn’t work at all. Keep getting a message that it can’t connect to the server
-- Riempies88, 2024-02-10

### *---- "Not working"
Say's it can't connect to the server
-- Northern777, 2024-02-05

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
It always just tells me that it is unable to connect to server.
-- Rocksteady000000, 2024-01-24

### *---- "Not working"
Currently not working. Can’t search. My holds list is out of date. Can’t edit it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Now it can’t connect to the server.
-- Sustodewin, 2024-01-19

### *---- "Cannot access app"
It says I don’t have connection so I cannot access the app but the connection is available. The rest of my apps are working.
-- Jak140, 2024-01-05

### **--- "Never works"
Works only about half the time. Annoying. Unreliable
-- Jdibs 444332, 2023-12-28

### *---- "App not working"
Currently cannot search for books in the catalogue. My account is showing items that I’ve already returned as still in transit.
-- ALW987, 2023-12-19
