Can’t even stretch the resolution to fill a standard widescreen display!

Waste of my money

A few years ago I came upon this app and we really enjoyed it. I even bought a few of the packages so that we could have a nice selection of fireplaces. Imagine my surprise and shock when I opened it up this winter to see that all the money I spent has been stolen!! They changed the setup and now all the packages I paid for are gone. I now have two basic free fireplaces that are free, and would have to pay AGAIN for the rest. Absolutely disgusting!

A little lazy, also greedy

Ouija Board loops in an obvious way. How difficult would it have been to design it so that the video ends on the same spot so that it wasn’t possible to see where the video started and ended? This was lazy. It’s stupid that the app doesn’t allow family sharing. This means that if you’re logged into a different person on the SAME APPLE TV as where you purchased the app, this app doesn’t work and asks you to buy it again.

Theft.

Purchased some of the fires a while ago and during the last update they removed all my purchased fires and won’t restore my purchase. They want me to pay monthly for something I already purchased once before. This is has happened once before but allowed me to restore it.

Uneven Play

The videos are lovely, especially in 4K. But if you look at it for longer than 30 seconds, you notice that every five seconds the frame freezes and restarts a loop. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it and it’s very distracting. Would not purchase again.

That’s a nice

Honestly love the sound of the real wood burning. Sorry if you got this app for the sound you got the wrong guy laying behind you. I’ve had great success and I love it, it’s a wonderful ambience!!!

Lousy App DUE to Poor Quality

This is about as bad as an app can get. The sound doesn’t mesh with the video. It’s like watching a foreign movie with voice over.

One scene and the rest cost

This is ONE fireplace scene....apparently this app also costs, but I do not know what I paid for it?! You get ONE, yes ONE scene, the rest cost money.....plain and ordinary. Don’t waste you time of money on this!

No support

I paid for this apps different fireplace packs and I have multiple Apple TV’s. I am unable to restore the purchases on my other units and worse when I reach out to the developer for help the email goes no where.

This one VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I rarely pay for apps - If it’s not FREE, I pass it up. I made an exception for this variety of fireplaces. Now, when I open the apps it’s shaded out, then the choices do come up & I make a selection I get about a second of crackle and the app closes! Sorry I made the exception!
