A few years ago I came upon this app and we really enjoyed it. I even bought a few of the packages so that we could have a nice selection of fireplaces. Imagine my surprise and shock when I opened it up this winter to see that all the money I spent has been stolen!! They changed the setup and now all the packages I paid for are gone. I now have two basic free fireplaces that are free, and would have to pay AGAIN for the rest. Absolutely disgusting!

Ouija Board loops in an obvious way. How difficult would it have been to design it so that the video ends on the same spot so that it wasn’t possible to see where the video started and ended? This was lazy. 
It’s stupid that the app doesn’t allow family sharing. This means that if you’re logged into a different person on the SAME APPLE TV as where you purchased the app, this app doesn’t work and asks you to buy it again.

Purchased some of the fires a while ago and during the last update they removed all my purchased fires and won’t restore my purchase. They want me to pay monthly for something I already purchased once before. This is has happened once before but allowed me to restore it.

The videos are lovely, especially in 4K. But if you look at it for longer than 30 seconds, you notice that every five seconds the frame freezes and restarts a loop. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it and it’s very distracting. Would not purchase again.

I rarely pay for apps - If it’s not FREE, I pass it up.
I made an exception for this variety of fireplaces.
Now, when I open the apps it’s shaded out, then the choices do come up & I make a selection I get about a second of crackle and the app closes! Sorry I made the exception!

For some reason the apps plays the exact same sound for the different fires even though depending on what’s being burned and how much will change the sound. An example is the gas fire would not make the sharp crackling sounds they use on everything. But the videos are pretty cool and you can get them for cheep so it’s kinda nice I’m just glad it’s not over priced. I got like 12 different ones for like $2. Also some of the videos could be better quality the blue fire is cool but not very bright.

I purchased these last year and didn’t have a problem all winter. I went to use them a few days ago, only 2 work. I keep getting iTunes store error, download cancelled. I have deleted the app, re installed it, and tried to download each fireplace. All the fireplaces I purchased show up under My Fireplaces, but the only 2 that work are. First Fire and All is Bright. I am on Apple TV
and. LG 4k tv.  Please help.

I could not be more displeased with this app. Every single video appears to be shot in AUTOFOCUS because it constantly changes focus as the flames flicker!!!  It’s completely unwatchable. There is simple no excuse for this amateur garbage videography making its way into a paid Apple TV app!  I want a full refund!!!!

I really do like this app. For a fireplace on a phone screen it's pretty realistic looking. I'm sad though because I have no sound. At first, I thought it might be an issue with my phone but I have sound on other things. Overall though, very worth the download and even worth spending the money for the other scenes.
