Impossible to log in or cancel
I know enough to assemble my own computer and write a little HTML or Python code. But logging into a Conde Naste account to change my subscription has completely defeated me despite many, many attempts. No reply from customer support of course (if they really exist?!) I am now worried I will be paying Conde Naste for the rest of my life, never able to escape. Honestly, the type of inertia selling is pathetic.

映像があったり、タッチしてリアクションのあるページなど電子書籍の特性をよく活かしている雑誌だと思います。 値段も内容も非常に満足しています。 ただ、文字はテキスト化してほしいです。
購入済みデータ消失事件→やっと解決。→でも納得いかず。
「アップデートによって購入済みの本が消える」という欠陥が解決していません。この問題が解決されるまで新たなアプリ内課金での購入は控えます。 ↓ 追記： WIREDのサポート窓口に問い合わせたところ回答があった。 方法を簡単に書くと、既に購入した月号であれば、購入ボタン押すことで無料で再ダウンロードできるとのこと。これには購入したときと同一のAppleIDが必要。 購入しますか？＞はい＞「このアイテムはすでに購入されています。もう一度無料でダウンロードするには「OK」をタップします。」と表示。＞OKで、ダウンロード開始。 自分がどの号を購入したか覚えている必要あり。 そして、WIRED側は上記のエラーについて、謝る姿勢はありませんでした。 さすが海外の企業は違いますね。 WIREDサポート窓口からの回答原文＞ Dear Subscriber: Please read the information below concerning restoring your missing issues. 1) Select issue within app you've already purchased, but would like on your device. NOTE, the issue will indicate that you have not purchased it yet and will have a "Buy" button. This is fine. Continue on. 2) Click on the "Buy" button to begin the "purchase". 3) Apple will ask for you to sign in to your account in order to make the purchase, do so but make sure the account you use is the same as the account you originally purchased the issue on. 4) You will receive a pop up notification that states: "No Payment Necessary. You have already purchased the issue. Touch Download to load it to your device. OK" 5) Push "OK" and then the "Download" button. If you should need further assistance, please be sure to include all previous e-mail correspondence. Thank you for your interest in Wired. 以上。

アップデートしたら、以前購入したものが消えてしまいました。早急に修正お願いします。
今迄のアーカイブを返して下さい。
気がついたらアーカイブが全て元通り購入ボタンに。。。 アーカイブを返すか購入金額の一部でも結構です。返して下さい。

前回のアップデートで初号が消え、今回のアップデートでその他の号も全て未購入の状態に。 とっととなんとかしやがってください。

After recent update I lost access to my library of purchased issues and now I am invited to buy them again :(
