Can’t log in with my subscription

victorngtw on

I have a digital subscription but can’t log in. App is frustratingly bad. Emailed customer support but no response.

Digital Wired

@krissn on

Singapore

I have been reading its pages since 1997. Is Digital the same? Not sure. Even without the tactile sleekness of the matte sharp coloured pages, that are a piece of art on my bookshelves, it is my comfort to see it on all my cafés and desks, and now in my screens. It certainly doesn’t give me paper cuts.

A good read to keep tap of the latest “tech” happenings…

There are many captivating stories, often tech related. I have been reading wired magazine since my college days. A must read to keep oneself in touch with the tech world!

Looks bad on iphone

cryal on

Singapore

Covers are cropped on iphone x. Cant believe how ugly the app magazine can look, can't you done design it better for the sake of a tech magazine?

No Landscape Support

Mike-Holdsworth on

Singapore

Looks like a magazine but lacks landscape viewing. When used with a keyboard cover that's a pain.

Magazine update problems.

Parh Jin on

Singapore

I already had the Nov 2018 issue in the app, then I was requested to update that issue. I complied, but then that issue never managed to download. I also cannot cancel the download. Will try deleting the app and reinstalling.

Graphic clippings and minor glitches.

SQR010 on

Singapore

Over the course of six months I've noticed the app is suffering from some graphical clippings, resulting in uneven page displays and odd placement of grey areas. Sometimes the app even crashes while flipping, and links to webpages glitches. I see it is updated with better improvements to iOS 9, but any improvements to iOS 10?

Shame that WIRED cannot be viewed on iPad in landscape mode

acdevan on

Singapore

The iPad is the ideal platform to read WIRED. Unfortunately it is not possible to read it in the landscape mode. Only in the awkward portrait mode. Poor design & poor user experience.

NOT Retina Ready

nzj-sg on

Singapore

I should have known when the magazine download remained at 330MB for the Apr 2012 issue. Dear Wired app developers, only the app user interface is retina ready. The magazine itself, where it really matters, is not. :(
