Paid the subscription, not able to open any issues of Wired in the app

I have paid for an yearly subscription in iTunes (may 2016), but have not been able to open or read any of the issues through the app. Just received a reminder to renew the yearly subscription in iTunes, which I rejected. I have tried to contact Wired through Facebook, email and web, but are not able to find any contact points to Wired to raise the issue.
