All my documents been provided in order almost two months ago. Doesn’t validated since then and no any response from the support. I don’t know what they’re doing with data but I’m sure I don’t want to put a penny in a company with such a customer care.

They have locked my money against my will with out a notice nor a warning on the basis of verifying income for weeks. Verifying income is a lie that they created becuase other apps such as Revolut, coinbase and binance sent a warning and give you a deadline before doing that. This has been going on for weeks now and they have been ignoring tens of customer support emails. This is either a scam or they have financial trouble and they are taking client funds to compensate them selves. I have reported them to the FCA , please be aware and use a more trust worthy application. This is for the developer that will comment on this msg. What would you do if I took your salary and locked it for weeks ?? An apology and referring me to customer support is not enough I want my money back now .
Their fees are huge App does not function properly They crypto transfers get stuck for hours and sometimes days They do not respond my emails or messages requesting their support and answering queries. They have locked money that I have deposited without a warning and now they don’t respond to my messages
Please add some functionality to analyse my spendings or to export list of transactions
There is no way to turn off the daily marketing push messages. Very annoying.👎🏼
Seriously exchanging, withdrawing is a nightmare. Lost more than 200EUR because the app kept freezing up and quitting unexpectedly. I would appreciate some reimbursement. This is pathetic!
I wish I Could give 5 stars. So good experience so far. I used the card and the app satisfied so far. Low fees, simple app, easy to use. But now I cant verify my address, cant fill in a questionnaire they want from me. So my account is locked and I have No access to my funds. It is very frustrating. Support doesnt have any progress since weeks. So I would not recommend for any one, being in a situation. I couldt do my tax fillings. I couldt buy the thing I wanted… The card Still working, but I have no control.
Beware of them! First everything seems normal, transfers and bonuses work fine! But when they gain your trust and you put more money on your account, especially after you receive your card, things change fast! They lock the XLM-s you want to transfer for weeks to make you spend your money through their card, to transfer the WTX you get as a reward, you need to reach a minimum amount of WTX, so you have to buy more...many deceptive techniques they use to avoid people getting their money out of their system! The most dishonest company I have ever met in my entire life! Customer service answers always that please be patient, they are looking into your issue, but nothing happens for weeks! Don’t fall into their trap!!!!
