Dreadful experience, look elsewhere.
Staff is barely existant. They are able to take funds from your debit card as they find your verified, but somehow, you become unverified and your funds are locked for months. You try your best to make them happy, yet nothing works. The pace is slower than a snail. One email per day if your lucky. You cannot refund to your card, you cannot withdraw your crypto.. you just wait …and wait…and wait. Staff also ignores formal complains.
Scam
They blocked my account with all my funds and bank cards. No reasons in description, just “please contact support” message. And support never responds. So I can’t move my money out and they ignore me. And there are many people like me if you search online. My money are white and legit, and no other services are blocking me at the moment. BE AWARE — WIREX IS SCAM.

I used my card as usual and one day Wirex decided I didn’t respect terms of conditions, and closed my account. I heard similar cases before and this time it’s my turn…of course my crypto is still in the wallet…
