Had a lot of trouble getting the app to load. Had to register 6 times before it finally moved to the register screen. Almost gave up.
The one thing that I wish that this app had was to give the person the ability to go back more than just one year to track usage. I would like to go back to 10 years when I moved into my home and find out about the usage, then comparing to now.
Why write a review when you have no other choices. Just saying. Lol
The app is so user friendly it almost makes me forget the cost of my bill each month has gone up $70 (give or take) a month despite lower-than-average temperatures and lower usage.
I have been trying to login for an hour now. The app just spins. I have requested a verification code because the app doesn’t recognize my password. No luck. I have deleted and reinstalled the app still no luck. The same app is used for WPS and WE energies. I have accounts in both and have been having the same issues regardless of which app I try to login to. I can’t see anything concerning either account.
Awesome app. Very easy to navigate and you have access to your bill within seconds. Great work!
