The Wise Eyes app allows you to be an active participant in your vision care by making regular monitoring as easy as a few taps of your screen in just a few minutes. Say goodbye to the crumpled Amsler grid that lives forgotten on your refrigerator or somewhere under the car seat. The Wise Eyes app brings you not only a digital and portable version of the standard Amsler grid, but also brings you the Static Field with helpful features to ensure accuracy. Wise Eyes Features: Distance monitoring Layered history results (with subscription) Customizable reminders Easy illustrated instructions Amsler grid assessment — for both left and right eyes Static Field assessment — for both left and right eyes No account needed DISTANCE MONITORING Consistency is important for accurate results. That’s why the Wise Eyes app uses your device's sophisticated built in sensors to help make sure you stay within the optimal range for reliable and consistent results. Consistency allows the Layered Result History to reflect accurate changes in your vision. LAYERED RESULT HISTORY With an affordable subscription or lifetime purchase, you can review your assessment history with helpful filters for eyes, assessment type, and time span. You and your eye care provider can use this tool to get a detailed and in-depth view of your vision history. CUSTOMIZABLE REMINDERS Daily or weekly reminders are customizable so you can get reminders on a schedule that works best for you! Change this at any time in the settings menu within the app. AMSLER AND STATIC FIELD Two assessments are better than one when it comes to monitoring your AMD. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Testing happens on your device, and results are stored to your device. There are no sign-ins or accounts to manage. ——— PLEASE NOTE: This app only saves results to the device the app is installed on. This means results are not shared or synced between devices. Be sure to bring your primary assessment device to your eye care provider to review the results. This app requires access to your camera for the distance monitoring feature to function. Visit WiseEyesApp.com for tips and tricks and additional information about how to utilize the app. ***If you notice sudden changes, reach out to your eye care provider right away. Sudden changes can result in permanent blindness if not treated promptly. This app is for monitoring only.
