## Wisenet WAVE Reviews in United States

### *---- "Fantastic solution if you want no support and garbage service"
No help or support if anything goes wrong, and boy do things go wrong. Scrubbing through video is jerky, unreliable, and if you get slightly unlucky then it conveniently resets and loses your place and zoom level. There’s no guide on how to do even the most simple functions (e.g. granting login to a new user), which is byzantine to figure out. Thrilled to be moving my building away from this nightmarish software.
-- Sporty Jordy 1979, 2026-04-10

### ****- "Picture in Picture"
Love the app. Would love PIP while I do other things on my phone.
-- 216tsk, 2025-12-28

### *---- "Bad update"
Latest app update killed my connection to the server. Have not been able to get it back. 👎🏽👎🏽
-- ThisNicknameThingEsEstupido, 2025-11-08

### ****- "Intercom Calls"
Using the intercom cam and push button calling works well but would be nice to have in app sound options for the notifications. Some of our users are in loud areas and can't hear the default iOS notification sound. Vibration option could help too
-- MikeW2k, 2025-06-22

### *---- "Where's 24.1.3?!"
Please post 24.1.3 so all of us that are screwed by your fisheye decoding issue can see our cameras again!
-- CCTV Guru, 2024-07-21

### ***** "In need of an update"
Remote view is pretty terrible. Extremely choppy or doesn’t work at all.
-- user67587, 2024-05-02

### ***** "Works great!"
You need to get your setup installed and connected to a solid internet connection and network. From there this app lets me see any of my camera with PTZ, Zoom, even recording up to 2 hours back from real time. The notifications are huge and seeing what’s happening. Love it!
-- davidjmaxey, 2023-11-28

### *---- "Non-functional to view footage. Fix this app."
Whenever you’re viewing a camera live it jerks through like crazy it’s not smooth, live viewing. Sometimes it pauses for five or more seconds.
You can’t really use the app to review footage or anything. It used to be good but now it’s complete garbage.
-- Greek Bible!, 2023-11-11

### **--- "Cameras run slower then slow motion HELP"
Whatever change happened about 4 months ago I can barely view my cameras they run so slow. Slower than slow motion. The dail just spins. HELP
-- ddm13ddm, 2023-11-02

### ****- "The best ever used but has its bugs"
This is the best quality app for cameras but I’m on iOS 16.6 and the video stream isn’t smooth, it pauses every other second. This wasn’t an issue in the past. Please fix this with iOS 17. Other wise it’s 5 stars
