Subscription not activated
Firstly I payed for the app online through stripe, and then when I signed in with my email, I didn’t see any subscription in the app, couldn’t open any audiobook fully, only could listen to chapter 1. Contacted the support team multiple times but they are so helpless, replying after 2 days and stupidly asking to install and reinstall app that I did multiple times already. They also sent me screenshots how to log out and log in back, seems just a mockery to their customers. Thought will enjoy this app, but now understood that will never recommend this app to anyone.
