Had to disable in Screen Time settings. -- zebdaniel2007, 2025-09-23 ### **--- "Hidden additional subscription!" I enjoyed wisely while using it. However, due to family matters, I was forced to cancel temporarily. After cancelling, I realized that $45 continued to come out of my account and had been the last 3 months. I reached out to them, reminding them that I had cancelled and I still saw the money coming out, requesting a refund for the $45 that had just showed pending that morning. Their response was to offer the ebook (this is what the $45 was for which I had no knowledge of) for the remaining month. I was unaware of this separate subscription and let them know of this, I thought it was just the regular subscription for the app itself. That being explained, I requested the refund and told them I appreciate the offer but that I would like the refund. The response was that everything was non-refundable! They did tell me they understood this can be frustrating and validated my feelings… 🙄 -- CincyHez, 2025-09-04 ### *---- "NO REFUNDS" When signing up for the app, it says you can get a refund within 30 days. What it doesn't say is that you have to provide two solid weeks of screenshots to get the refund. DO NOT GET -- negative reviews erased, 2025-07-26 ### *---- "SCAM" Instead of the one-time purchase of $10, they used to small print to automatically sign me up for a $60/month useless app! To get a refund, you have to use the app for consecutive 15+ days but not less than 30 - WITH ADHD!! I found this on tiktok shop. I thought it was ADHD worksheets. They legit are preying on people with ADHD. DO NOT GET THIS APP!! -- Popcornjennybean, 2025-06-28 ### *---- "Refuse refunds for months not used" You cannot cancel the subscription in the app. You must email them and you must email them 24 hours in advance even if you never use the app and you already deleted it. The app was set to renew on May 22. They charged me May 22 I emailed them on May 22 and they still refuse to give me a refund even though the app was never used. I gave them one star because at least they responded to my request for a refund even if they denied it. -- tjputvin, 2025-05-24 ### *---- "Definitely a SCAM" I found this ‘app’ to COMPLETELY USELESS… This app is definitely a scam. No instructions. No e-book. Just a screen with various options to listen to- music, thundershowers, etc. if u want to ‘deep focus’ or ‘light focus”, etc. The app makes no sense and there are no tutorials. They also make it difficult to cancel and/or ask for refunds. They claim u can get a refund if you’re not satisfied with the product, but then give a los of things to do in order to cancel, with one of the stipulations requiring you to use the app for 14 days straight, then u submit a request and they review it and will decide if you are worthy of a refund or not. Not the type of company or people, I’d like to deal with. Total garbage. -- KebvKev, 2025-05-14 ### *---- "Lying Grifters" Do not waste your money. When I bought it it said there was a thirty day refund policy. This is a group of groomers and grifters. DON’T BUY IT. -- Rogue Iron Giant, 2025-05-12 ### *---- "Bad vibe" Paywalled from the start and no SSO support -- J.rolled, 2025-05-05 ### *---- "Scam" Please don’t waste your time, hidden in app purchases. Literally only a few things inside. Basic information that you already know. Nothing worth purchasing this app for. I’m sure the five star or four star reviews are family members and friends. -- niy623, 2025-04-22 [View all Wisey reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Wisey In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Unlimited Access: Deep Focus | $29.99 | ## Wisey Discovered Keywords -
