Does not help with expensive items. If merchant makes a mistake it’s up to you to chase them for your return and they expect you to pay $100 to ship it back to China and I used Wish Canada. I ordered a personalized dog collar but there was no mechanism for specifying the personalization. I tried to give the details to Customer Support BEFORE the order was processed. I couldn’t get them to understand the issue. I tried cancelling the order but I couldn’t do that either because of the bundling. They went ahead and processed the order. When I tried to return the collar, they expected me to pay for the shipping. I completely disappointed with Wish and the vendor.
