### *---- "Critical Failure on iOS – Broken Permissions and Non-Existent Support"
Whisper Flow is currently completely non-functional on the latest version of iOS. The core issue is critical: the app cannot access the microphone. It fails to trigger the system-level permission prompt, and because it never requests access, it doesn’t even appear under Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Microphone. Without this, the app is essentially a digital paperweight.
I am posting this here because the official support channels are a masterclass in frustration. I’ve already submitted a request via the in-app form – which is severely limited to a tiny character count and allows no attachments or diagnostic data – but it has gone completely ignored.
The web-based support is even worse. After navigating the mandatory AI agent, the submission form becomes physically impossible to use; it won’t scroll down, meaning the "Submit" button is unreachable. It is unacceptable to charge for a product while hiding behind broken, unnavigable support walls.
Unless the developers address these basic UX and permission bugs, I strongly advise staying away. A "flow" that can’t hear its user is no flow at all.

I am setting 5 stars in advance. Hope for communication and collaboration with the developers' team.

First of all, small one, this app lacks instant visual words feedback, and it's obviously hard to do when it's done in the cloud processing a full phrase by AI, so it's a matter of evolution and might appear later, need tech to go further.

Second, the app needs some training mode when I can train it like a neural network, feeding it all my texts and all my style of communication so it will learn specific, strange, and not literature style words which I'm using as well as punctuation and mixing of languages Moreover, I need to dictate some of my texts so the application might learn how my words sound by my voice. But this again, like the first proposal, is a very complicated thing to do when you're using Wispr or alike. Global model on the ground in a cloud, not having some specific per-user trained model, is obviously okay. It's also a matter of evolution and time.

Also, one day when Apple releases their AI at last with normal, clever dictation mode, which will replace current Apple dictation mode, this will be killer for this Flow application. So developers should look ahead to survive as a business. Let's invent together. I have a few ideas. You can communicate with me. My nickname is everywhere on the internet/linkedin. Interesting things to look ahead to Specific Pro user things, not mass market ones which Apple usually tries to limit their spends, not spending that much effort to do clever features but only mass features. This can be the niche that the app can cover. 

For example, imagine double-click for volume up or volume down button to skip the tracks without taking your phone out of the pocket. It's such obvious extra features like customized double-click on volume button and they have even triple-clicks on their headphones, but you never have this on your iPhone with volume buttons unless you install some jailbreaks, which is not possible now that much. And it's that uncomfortable and sad things, and that's how Apple goes. But anyway, they will kill main feature with dictation soon, and they have visual feedback, so I yeah I feel and hear how you, developers of this app thinking and running ahead. And wish you succeed.
