Great app when it works
Generally this is a great idea for an app and helps save money/knock off loans without even knowing it. The only downside is the app! There are constant issues with it, including not showing all accounts from the bank accounts you’ve linked and me then needing to contact Wisr customer service to assist. Customer service response time is extremely slow! Weeks at times.

The Loan Balance doesn’t update correctly
I’ve been a customer with WISR for nearly a year now and the loan balance portion of the app doesn’t update correctly to display the correct amount remaining. This has gotten me a little worried if their system can’t correctly update loan balances because I can’t get a clear idea of how much I have remaining to pay. I would like to see this fixed.
Way too many notifications
Multiple notifications a day. Pretty annoying

Please delete my account. I have not used it as my bank is unavailable through WISR. Also, it seems very difficult to delete the account the hyperlink that said “complete this form” to delete my account led me to the FAQ page. Plus your submit button doesn't work! Which is why I’m here. This is a joke!
Quick and Easy
Great way to keep track of my credit scores
Unusable
Doesn’t integrate with uBank yet has it as one of their options. Still proceeded with taking money from my account despite the set up not being complete. When I found this out and went into my the app to manage my account to get my money into my bank account, the app suddenly doesn’t work. Email support is so slow to get back and phone support is non existent despite a number on their site. These guys have never heard of CX lol
