My garage door opener disappeared. I can’t login. App crashes when I try to reset the password! It was a great in that it was easy to setup and use. Then Alexa integration stopped working and now it is junk

I will be looking for a new device for my garage. This one was great the first year I had it. But the bug of it opening my garage door by itself in the middle of the night is getting to be way too frequent. It’s not just a once or twice a year thing it’s several times a month. This is a safety issue for me so it’s time for it to go.

Won’t let me install on iPhone that I just bought. The app is garbage and hasn’t been updated. Another piece of electronics that will go in the landfill because developers won’t update the app. I have now deleted your app and will trash this controller. I bought a Wyze garage controller that works.

I have had this wifi garage door opener for a year all was good then suddenly stopped giving notifications and now when app says door is open it’s really closed. Closed means it’s really open. Have sent an email no response. Will need to get wifi camera

I like the product. But, the most recent build has a serious bug. It doesn’t register the garage door close. I only get alters for the garage door being open. If I close the garage door, I get an alert saying the garage door is open. I never know if it’s closed anymore.

I bought these devices about two years ago and started using the Wittgarage app.Control with the app is intermittent and it seems like updates break things. For example notifications just stopped recently and I can’t get them to function any longer. Also after a power outage the app reports that the garage doors are open regardless of whether they’re open or closed which is not very useful.

Device worked fine the first time, had to reset it due to a WIFI issue, now the APP won’t detect the  WIFI (being a 2.4 ghz signal) and the device is useless!!. Try to contact support I every way possible!!! NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER!!!!!! NADA!! Ver disappointed

No matter what I do, the app does not recognize my 2.4g router. I have set up over 50 other devices using other apps without any problems.

No issues with the device so far. Works well! I do wish there was iOS Shortcut compatibility for easy open/close function with Siri just like the current Amazon Alexa compatibility

Control your garage door anywhere in the world. Set up notifications and it will let you know when someone opens the door or leaves it open for 10 minutes.

At the beginning everything was fine. Five months later i don’t get any notifications at all. Also when you open the app it says that the garage is open when is close or viceversa. Tried to constant customer service via email or Facebook and nothing. This is a big disappointment. Oh

There are only 2 alerts when the door is open. First alert is when the door is first opened and the second alert is 10 mins later. There needs to be more options to alert you every hour or as often as you want it.

This was so great when I first bought it. Now, I don’t get notifications anymore when my garage opens and closes, and half he time my device can barely be found for me to open/close remote. There is also so much delay with recognizing my device in my garage. I bought this so I could get those notifications and check if my garage was closed. Without that, it’s useless to me.

I opened the smart garage door opener and expected installation to be fairly simple but I can’t even get the app to allow me to create an account. 30 minutes into this and I can see it’s just junk and a waste of time and money.  Save your sanity and Purchase a different brand.

Removing this app and device from my garage today.  Luckily I live in a quiet neighborhood but this is now the second time I’ve gotten up in the morning to an open garage door.  Checking the history to see it opened back up again in the middle of the night was enough for me.  I thought the first time may have been a fluke (accidentally hit the button when closing the app, something).  This has only started with the newest update and I no longer receive notifications either.  Worked great until this.  Definitely not waiting to see if it corrects.
