Releases kill my love to this app
I don’t know why the devs decide to roll out new versions without proper testing, but let me do it for you: - my weight + muscle/fat stats are now damaged because for almost every day of previous year there’s a dupe record with 0 (zero) for weight, muscle and fat. Now, when I want to share this data with my doctor, I just can’t! Moreover, when I try to see the full list of measures to delete incorrect entries, the list just crushes, so I can’t go through Dec 23 and earlier - with the latest release my steps counter shows the GTM time instead of my local time (this bug started to show up only with the latest release) - please allow users to setup their own order of metrics. The current view is not what I focus on, and it makes the user experience less pleasant
Fix your secondary profile process
Adding a second profile is a nightmare. Who would want to use the family function? Adding a second profile with the same email after trying first with a family profile is just a joke.
Things of importance are with less priority
Very disappointing that after I’ve bought your relatively expensive equipment, still the very first thing I see when I open the app is ad banner for your Withings+ subsections and not the things I actually care about, related to the hardware I bought.
Widgets no longer available
They seem to have removes widget. It was very useful for me to have my weight progress on the homescreen to see it daily.
Pay or Nothing
The update from v5 to the latest is just a trap. All useful features such as health insights, fitness score and etc are locked behind the subscription. Thanks! Updated: I agree to disagree. Since the update, I don’t receive any health insights anymore, my fitness score doesn’t actualized.
Reduce battery life of my Scanwatch.
After this update my watch battery are draining much faster than before. Before update battery life was 15-20 days, now only 2-3 days.
Good changes overall, but lost a watch
Several times I tried to install a Steel HR sport and didn’t done . Watch is connected to the phone and receives all notifications and gps. Just program lost it and wrong “We could find your watch”says . After turning watch back to factory settings it connects very quickly.
The new App is a disaster
The new App mixes up user data and breaks down! I wish I could revert to the old version! Or I will ditch the thing altogether!
Trouble logging in
Had massive problems trying to login the first time. The 2FA didn’t work at all…
