EDIT: Since version 7.1.2 it’s a great app again! The app and the watch are great, I've had it for a few years, but since version 7.2.0 the sync stopped working and after restarting the watch and the app it's impossible to connect it again (Steel HR), “device connected” appears and the app freezes
After update to 7.2.0 on ios the app stopped syncing with my steel hr sport. Restarts nor reinstall did not help; after removing and new pairing the app endlessly displays a "Device connected" screen but nothing more. Probably a bug as other users experience this.
The app stopped writing to apple health despite having all write categories enabled. Scale seems to be communicating with the app well, but the app doesn’t write to apple health at all. In fact I just found out that the last write it made was 6 months ago. Help section leads me to useless generic troubleshooting articles w/o tha ability to talk to someone directly.
The scales stoped syncing, been so for couple of months. Same with blood pressure monitor, unless both broke at the same time app is the issue. Used to sync up when I logged out and logged into the app, now it doesn’t sync even after reinstalling the app
I miss measurements for 14 days already :-(
Every new major version brings issues with connection of my both watches. It’s annoying. Fix it finally.

To synchronize the data I have to restart the app every time. It is quite anoying.
Device stopped charging completely. Can't even find a support link to report this to the company.
