Unable to connect or sync after latest app update.
After the latest app update it is not possible to connect or sync our Pulse HR trackers. Tried with 2 different Pulse HR trackers and two different iPhones, but without it working. Even after an hour of support and all attempts, restart, reinstall, reboot tracker and of course everything updated to the latest version, the Pulse HR trackers no longer work on the app.
Low quality product
Constantly loses connection, battery life or just breaks down. Would not recommend at all. Spent more time trying to contact support than having a working scale.
Sync issues with v.7.2.0
Not avøble to sync to my watch after update to 7.2.0
Lacks fokus - information owerflow
Terrible app information about all kind of stuff you dont need. Cant efit screen to hoy preference. Simple Things like subgoals or milestones is not an option. You have to spend loads of time to navigatw and find your data. Not possoble to set up your preferrede messurements and fokus on progress and your own motivation. Now i ser there is free version and a nor free version. So first you have to buy the product But the subscribtion is the mail focus. Sorry guys, the perhaps good i intensions wirh this app is drowned and lost in money focus and information oweflow. Not very recimmendable.
Couldn’t pair with scale
The Body+ scale requires setup with the app, so had to go through the profile registration where you *must* enter a ton of personal data (including weight!!). And then in the end the scale just said “Setup failed”. Sigh.
Terrible, cumbersome app that discards data

The app is soooo slow
- The app is annoyingly slow. - Notification timing seems random even if set to immediate in the phone. - It should be possible to remove any and all promotion from the app. I don’t want a subscription. - Like many others I dislike the re-design that came with version 6.0.

Apple Watch app won’t open on Apple Watch series 10
Bad connection
Looses connection. And doesn’t upload data. Confusing UI. After reset, reinstallation still not transferring. Worst product.
