Syncs poorly, useless data on home page
DO NOT BUY. Weight data does not sync properly - needs multiple page refreshes. In addition, I don’t understand those “analysis” and data presented on the front page - pretty useless stuff.
High Cost / Simple Measures
disappointed in the lack of details on the of the body segmentation analysis. My own fault for not researching enough but thought that the scale would give a full body scan like in-body. It doesn’t. it’s pretty basic which is disappointing for such an expensive scale.
Scale does not connect to app anymore
Nokia Body scale and Nokia blood pressure monitor not detected by IOS app anymore, what’s going on? Have tried resetting devices but no avail
Too inaccurate to use
I bought a Smart Body Scan and then had a DEXA body scan done to compare the results, the Withings Body Scan is 5% off. I’m trying to get below 12% body fat, so it’s just not accurate enough for me.

Hi, Since the FDA had reviewed the Blood Pressure ranges for seniors 65 years and above, isn’t it time Withings revised the yellow band to green as well. Thanks, Abe
Can’t install Body Scale
I already spent 40 minutes trying to finish setup. It keeps failing. So annoying. And this thing costs 500$.
Frustrating
I’ve had so many issues with the data syncing to the app. It’s insane. I’ve had this for a year and a half and it’s non-stop issues after issues at this rate. It’s easier if I just manually record the data every time I step on the scale instead of trying to sync it to the app.
DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK
I purchased the Withings Body Comp machine in Singapore via Amazon. The app does not sync with the machine I have not been able to add family members Most of the time the readings are incomplete This is the worst piece of junk technology I have ever purchased What’s more I have left voice mails at their customer support and written emails No response whatsoever You people are cheats!!
