Good but can be better

I don’t like the Withings+ continuous ads inside the app. I understand they have to push for it but I paid 400eur for a watch and I need to keep getting ads… a bit too much

Back to square one… again!

Bought the Body + scale 3 years ago and have had to update, re setup, pair with the Withings app at least 3 times. Last night realized the scale hasn’t updated the app in over 6 months. As always the app has logged me out, doesn’t remember the scale so got to re setup and naturally wants me to add the family members again. Why can’t the app just remember my scale, family and data like every other app? Why do I have to sit around to entertain error and try again on the app?

Used to be good, now it’s bloated and annoying

This app used to be amazing and very focused. Now it just covers most of the screen with notifications and useless information you cannot turn off. Speaking of notifications: even with all the notification settings off, it keeps spamming you with daily useless notifications. I just need to get informed about important things, I don’t want any daily motivation to weigh myself. This is not part of my goals, as a user, I should not be forced to turn off the notifications in the system settings because it became so annoying.

Watch stopped syncing with the app

Dear Withings, We have been using several of your Scanwatches and Scanwatch Hr the last 3 years. 3 days ago both my husbands watches and mine stoppes syncing with the app. Even after i refreshed the app, it shows completely off data. I am very disappointed in this experience. Another issue is all our watches start to have delays after some time of use, especially if thr button is pressed at night ( which i check quite often as i habe 2 young babies who wake up at night) Can you please guide me how to fix these issues and get my favorite functional watch back? Can’t get in

I created a pin and now I can’t get in the app. Does not give me any other option.

I’m a withing user for 5 plus years

And I’m always liked withings watches (have all of them) and app because it was simple and it’s don't require from user many attention. I’m always could use watches without charging for a month and use app just to see my progress in steps, trainings, sleep and etc. but now it becomes more and more complex and annoying for the user with a large number of notifications that are useless. For me it was so annoying that first time in 5 years I’m even thing to switch to Apple Watches . Again, you’re strong side always was that withings products just works good, show me the information i choose to see and that’s all. Simple and perfect. Now it’s annoying.
