UX pandemonium
For a company that recruits UX designers and product managers twice a week, you really are disconnected from your audience, their goals and capabilities. The site editor/builder/whatever does exactly what every single UX course and degree tell you not to do - make the process and usage frustrating and without accomplishing basic goals. Have you ever let someone with average computer capabilities (such as photographers/painters/visual designers) sit and build a site from scratch? You know you are doing something horrible if you try to do something elementary like change a template and find 12-minute+ videos that basically tell you you can't. I can write 4 paragraphs about this and still not be to convey how horrible the experience is.

Super useful and easy website builder app, Been using it proudly for the past year, So much conveninence to manage my business website from everywhere, and the alerts and notification i need in order to ship and sell to my customers
Scam
I was charged for two things that I requested to delete within the free delete time for over 50 dollars. Just as bad is that there is no way to even get in contact with the operator whatsoever.
The worst
I signed up because they market their platform as easy to use. It is so NOT. Although I’m so good with sites and technical things. Lots of features were missing and it was such a hassle. Don’t get me started on their customer support agents, they all say different things and take forever to check things for you only to tell you that the most basic things aren’t doable.. I moved to another platform and it’s all smooth now.

Awesome app !
The only thing I’m really missing is workflows in the mobile app. With that i could manage my entire business from my phone.
Room for improvement
Both the creator app and the old spaces app are so incredibly slow. And there are a lot of losing problems. Wish this would get fixed
