I talked to the assistance for a refund that I boaught missunderstood they told me 2 days its been 1 week and I cant see nothing

App is a Money-grab

Its a scam if im being honest, the app is great but everything else is horrible especially the people who are in on it, after every ride they will charge you extra money and its not even a little amount either For example lets say you paid 3.5kd for a ride afterwards you are charged 1.5-2.5kd extra on top of what you already paid for, and the drivers themselves might seem legit and professional but thats far from the truth because they use dirty tricks to get more money out of you, like for example they will lie about they location and time of arrival so you pick them , lets say that the app says they will arrive in 3 minutes when in reality its 30 because the drivers are not anywhere close to you, and btw that has no penalty to it so they can take as long as they want before arriving at your location, its a disgrace and a money-grab

اسوء تعامل حصل معاي و غير مهنيين Worst way to treat a customer not professional

لم يتم ارجاع مبلغ الى الحساب الشخصي

تم تعبئة الحساب للدفع منه .. بعدها ما اخذ الدفع من الحساب و اضطريت ادفع من الكرت البنكي .. وبعدها كلمت خدمة العملاء وطالبت بارجاع المبلغ الى حسابي قالوا ٣ الى ١٥ يوم عمل .. و طاف ٢٠ يوم عمل وبعدها تواصلت معاهم مره ثانيه و لم يتم ارجاع المبلغ الى الآن .. لماذا لم ترجعوا المبلغ ؟؟ ما معنى ذلك ؟؟

You will wait the driver for more thant the trip time, call center not helpful

السلام عليكم اتمنى لو تكتبون شلون الطريقه هل اهو اشتراك شهري ولا نفس الباقي طلب بنفس اللحظه الان حاولت اسال وبحثت بالموقع مافي شي واضح
