WiZ Connected

Apple added the support for interactive widgets last year with the introduction of iOS 17. Will those ever be coming to the app? I have to use the apple shortcuts to achieve this. I would much rather use the Wiz widget because they look nicer.

“+” symbol to add new device does not work. It does nothing. Support is useless and doesn’t understand me.

This app has so many bugs, that I am amazed they published it. The few new functionalities do not make up for all the lost connections and removed light settings.

My iPhone primarily uses Finnish and secondarily English. I downloaded the App and it's in Portuguese, it can't be changed and the customer service said the app uses the phone's language settings. I don't understand a word of Portuguese, so I can't use the app. I will continue to use the old verso.

Don’t find the devises usually even when the light is on.

Pros: Easy to set up and lot of options to tune lighting. Dark mode. Cons: Widget opens the app, iOS supports interractive widgets, so please add support. Turning lights on/off sometimes isn’t working. The UI could use some streamlining.

Been using this for couple months now and I have absolutely nothing bad to say. This app exceeded all my expectations and is really affordable compared to other brands. Simply amazing - buy this.

App simply doesn’t work. Can’t add rooms or lights. App only gives an error message ”unknown issue occured” every time. At least the older version is still available.

No way I’m giving this app an access to my location. I will return the lamp and change brand.
