Bought a privilege pass but couldn’t benefit from it
I recently tried the Wizz Air Privilege Pass membership, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The promised perks didn’t live up to expectations, and customer service was less than helpful when addressing concerns. It’s disheartening when a service falls short of what was advertised. Hoping for improvements to make the Privilege Pass truly worth it for future users

Really it’s a nightmare airline and the customer service is extremely ruuuude and all the solutions for them is “ GO AND CREATE A COMPLAINT “ they show they don’t care… trust me avoiiiid 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Please add an option to chose the currency used in the application, I don’t like that i have to book a ticket in $ then book another in €
Unusable with latest iOS
I can’t use the app on the latest iOS 18.0.1 “leaving from” and “going to” fields do nothing when tapped and are unresponsive. Terrible UX
