App does not recognise passports, forcing customers to show up at the wiz desk before on boarding. Bad experience.

Essa é mais uma daquelas companhias que deixam informações cruciais escondidas ou não ditas. Basicamente comprei uma passagem de 63 euros e quando cheguei no aeroporto fui informado que deveria pagar mais 47 euros pelo cartão de embarque, sendo que em momento algum essa informação foi explícita durante a compra. O meu problema maior não foi por ter de pagar o valor em si, mas o desrespeito com o consumidor por parte da empresa em enganar dessa forma. Foi a primeira e última vez que utilizei os serviços desse aplicativo e dessa companhia aérea. Se puder, evite!
This app is a complete joke
Seriously, the app doesn’t even work. It os always saying it is out of service. People that work for the airline were just saying phrases like: “If you don’t have a boarding pass, you need to pay 48 EUR”.

What a joke airline!! I bought a cheaper basic economy ticket to entitled FOR FREE CARRY-ON BAG, but in the departure my CARRY-ON BAG was not allowed and I had to pay extra to for baggage despite being ok with MAX 10 KG and fit under seat in front of me. I paid almost €40,00 for it. I've never had this problems in the others air companies (like EasyJet, Ryanair etc.). Never again Wizz Air! O site confuso, o objetivo é confundir os clientes e „empurrar“ serviço com preços abusivos. No embarque não aceitaram minha mochila como bagagem de mão, apesar de ser 60l não estava cheia e tinha menos de 10kg. Tive que pagar quase €40,00. Olhei aqui no site vi que cobraram tbm pelo Check-in . Com todos essas taxas, O preço final da passagem anunciada por € 69,0 ficou em torno de uns €110,0. Enquanto na EasyJet estava 70,0 sem surpresas. Na fila de embarque vários passageiros tinha algum tipo de problema. Fiquei com a sensação de que os funcionários são orientados a encontrar algum problema para poder aplicar uma taxa abusiva e só depois do pagamento que o cliente pode embarcar.
