The worse company could exist. Service is poor, staff is rude and completely impolite. They will charge you even when they mess your trip. The worse experience ever! They should burn!!! I wish this company will broke soon, but they won’t if people still flying with them and taking advantage of everything.

App does not recognise passports, forcing customers to show up at the wiz desk before on boarding. Bad experience.
Essa é mais uma daquelas companhias que deixam informações cruciais escondidas ou não ditas. Basicamente comprei uma passagem de 63 euros e quando cheguei no aeroporto fui informado que deveria pagar mais 47 euros pelo cartão de embarque, sendo que em momento algum essa informação foi explícita durante a compra. O meu problema maior não foi por ter de pagar o valor em si, mas o desrespeito com o consumidor por parte da empresa em enganar dessa forma. Foi a primeira e última vez que utilizei os serviços desse aplicativo e dessa companhia aérea. Se puder, evite!
Seriously, the app doesn’t even work. It os always saying it is out of service. People that work for the airline were just saying phrases like: “If you don’t have a boarding pass, you need to pay 48 EUR”.
