Not only you can’t get hold of anyone its impossible to check in online. You have to go to desk every time. Not to mention extremely large lines at check in desk

Hi, I enjoy your online reservation, but inability to contact you is frustrating! For example, for two days I couldn’t purchase a ticket. On your site it’s claiming that the problem was with my bank, in reality the payment wasn’t reaching my bank at all and problem was with your site. Please, provide a phone number to contact you. The airline is a scam, you have to pay for everything, luggage, check in (48€ Per person), contact center, suprised you dont have to pay to board the plane. Horrible planes, rude employees, please do not use WizzAir, garbage airline

The app is intentionally misleading and quite bad. The so called “random” seat assignment for passengers is a shame. Passport scanning is also bad. … etc
Stressful and costly, will think twice next time
When I tried to check-in through the APP almost three hours before the flight, the app said check-in is closed. To be on the safe side, make sure you check-in 3+ hours before. Otherwise the fee at physical check-in is $100 usd, which was more than my ticket cost. This is web AND app, both, it seems.
