It’s very bad !!!! Does not work at all
Worst airline ever
It keeps changing the time of the flights and cancelling the last minute. The worst airline ever. Give a bit more to be sure you will fly on time. This time we were waiting 3 hours and we were waiting in every step without any notification. Last time it cancelled the flight one hour before and I had a connecting flight. No refund. The worst airline ever. It doesn’t worth your precious time and money.

Predatory UX design
The design of the app is made for one thing only. To make you add as much of their extra options as possible. Even if you don’t want to. Consumer protection agencies across Europe should look into it
Lowest low cost airline
Flying minimum 6 times a year with WIZZ, I have observed a lot and am convinced that you can choose this airline if you want: delays on every second occasion, changes not only to flight dates, but also airport changes IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY, useless customer service who hangs up on you even though you are respectful and ask for logistical solutions, rude airport boarding personnel who raises the tone and treats passengers as if they’ve wronged them. The latter I noticed happening on multiple occasions. As soon as another direct option appears for Eastern Europe, I’ll certainly be taking it.

O companie low cost să își păstreze prețurile la nivel de low cost
O companie foarte ok cu aeronave moderne și curate și un personal foarte drăguț și tânăr care este mereu gata să îți sară în ajutor . Prețurile de low cost sunt doar în afara sezonului iar în plin sezon sunt și mai scumpe de la o companie de linie și atunci chiar nu se justifică prețurile pt condițiile oferite. Păcat ca la bord nu se poate oferi nici măcar un pahar de apă gratuit . Eu zic ca o recenzie de 3 stele este corectă
