“Scan document” button freezes the app
Each time I want to scan my document instead of adding it manually - I am unable to finish the process. The app goes to a never ending loading screen and never resumes normal work

The most unpleasant and unreliable airline!
Horrible UX
I tried to book a flight through the app and I had already so many issues with signing in. Afterwards, the app is riddled with dark UX patterns and overwhelming forms. In the end, I needed to pay 79€ extra for including luggage on my 70€ flight.
Technical problems
Difficult in scanning documents while checking in via all platforms
Flight delayed
The flight was delayed without explanation, but the weather was fine. Because of this I lost all further connections, money and a lot of time. Not recommended!

The web interface is awful, you must make clicks to get birth date like robot….. what is that?

Date pickers reset themselves, cannot pick date
Children seats
Seats for kids are automatically assigned to random places and not close to their parents
Use it all the time!
Works great! Does what it’s supposed to. Would be nice if they added Apple Pay.
False information about check in
The app gives out false information. It directly tells you during the try of online check in that during this flight the online check in is not available and you must go to the check in counter at the airport. Very expensive mistake if i wouldn’t had hesitated why the email says online check in is a must and tried to check in with browser instead. Please be careful with this app or you might very likely pay fines at the airport.
