The employees of Wizz Company treated the passengers of the plane heading from Budapest to Amman on 3/4/2025 in a rude, disrespectful and rude manner. They gave us orders in a disrespectful manner and tried to force us to pay a fine of 73 euros due to the size of the bag. They insisted on us, if we took anything out of the bag, to put it in the trash. They also told me that I would be prevented from boarding the plane if I filmed what happened, as I felt that what had happened. It is racist, disrespectful, and an attempt to force us to pay money only.

It was very bad experience to fly on Wizz Air which changed the schedule exactly 14 days before the flight date so they don’t compensate us with non refunded hotel reservation and we have to leave 1 days earlier than planned. Moreover, the flight time was really inconvenient in the very early morning which also resulted in extra transportation cost without a response for refund requests since May until October!
The worst airline ever. It was my first time flying with wizz air i didn’t know that I have to check online. I went to check in at the airport they requested 50 euros to check in , even if it was not clear during the reservation process but it was okay for me to pay but the main issue is that I have money at my country currency only and they accept only euros and for that i missed the flight and got stuck at the airport at 4:00 Am. It was my first experience and it will be my last one for sure
it was the worst experience ever they forced you tho pay fines befor boarding so you dont have time to find solution or to understand the reson and they treat me in rudly way i hate this expernce you think that you find agood tick price bs be sure that you will pay fines later, then you wish if you travel with agood air line not this rude team
