Had two flights this week, both delayed

App has awful user experience. Continuously lagging and blocking payments.
Unreliable sign in process
The app randomly signs your account out and does not let you sign in again. I have tried to sign in again by creating a new account but this unfortunately failed. In the end I was forced to buy alternative tickets from other retailer.
Bad company
Scammers steal your money no refund be homeless the best you will get might be a twenty for the grammy
There is what to improve
Camera never works for passport scanning. Too many steps in check in
Fix your website checkin
After successful checkin mobile site doesn’t allow to download my boarding pass. I click on the button Download Pdf boarding pass. Loading spins and nothing is downloaded or opened. I just can’t believe such a big company can’t fix such a important function. I’m writing it here, because there is no place on your website where I can leave a review or contact a support.
