Seat for a 2 years old NOT assigned next to the accompanying adult
How is it possible my wife is assigned on seat 16 F (that we paid) and my 2 year old daughter on row 36? Your OWN conditions clearly state that: Infants and Children Infants and children are not allowed to sit in the Front Row or Extra Legroom seats and on seats C and D in the last row due to safety regulations Children under 14 years of age will be seated next to their accompanying adult at no extra charge, seat allocation during check-in, will take this into account. If there is limited availability, without adjacent seats for at least 1 accompanying adult, the crew on board will assist to re-seat the Now either my wife will be super stressed as it will be necessary to change and re-seat (she obviously wants to be next to the window to breastfeed) or I will have to pay for 2 changes of seat assuming your platform still allows… Looks a bit like a financial blackmailing hardship.
Internet connection
Doesn’t let me buy a ticket, every time it says no internet connection, of course it will be ok as soon as the price will get higher👎👎👎👎
Payment is a pain
Please make the payment process easier. 3D Secure is very tiresome, I need to use my token each time I want to book a flight. Luxtrust has a working software token that is preferable to the hardware one. Thank you
Unusable with latest iOS
I can’t use the app on the latest iOS 18.0.1 “leaving from” and “going to” fields do nothing when tapped and are unresponsive. Terrible UX
glitch and bug
Cannot prace on the destiantion when trying to find a flight.

Very poor overall
It's even worse than the wizzair site. Update 01/01/25 - can’t search flights, after updating app. How are you so bad?
Terrible
Took me two hours to sign up to the Wizz site. Tried online and on the app. Eventually it decided that I had confirmed my email address after dozens of attempts and let me in. It was only then that it was quite easy to use. I very nearly lost the will to live tho!
Search fields not clickable
Completely unusable app on the latest iPhone with latest iOS. I can’t actually enter any destinations.
