Kunnen jullie aub gewoon de normale digitale tijd instellen in de app? Het is gewoon zeer verwarrend met dat AM & PM, dat gebruiken wij niet in Nederland. Zo moeilijk is het toch niet om dat even aan te passen? …

No Ideal and app crashes

Impossible to pay with ideal on the app and while in background the app reboots, so I had to restart with my booking multiple times.

Worst ever!!!

So called cheap airline, but you have to pay for every breath you take. Service is horrible. You can’t check-in online or with the app, so forced to do it on the airport. Paid €90 (!!!) to do so. Can’t believe this arline still excists. Never ever fly with Wizz Air.

Opnieuw beginnen

Iedere keer als je op een punt komt te betalen en je gaat naar je Visa app om je opdracht te bevestigen loopt de Wizz Air app vast en moet je opnieuw beginnen.

The app detects jailbreak and crashes

Rendering it unusable. Now I have to bother with printing my boarding pass which is annoying and time-consuming.

It was/is not possible to recover my password.

Slow and lacks support

I’ve used the app for quire some time now and besides all the sudden reloads when trying to book, when you encounter an issue it’s nearly impossible to get help in a timely manner. The fact that the call center tax is 1€/min is hilarious and the chat help in the app is a joke. The robot is useless and slow, the UI is slightly broken and once I got to talk to a real person, they just suddenly stopped responding after the first sentence. I only wanted to purchase more service and that was not working on the app. The whole process was a big waste of time.

Suggestion for app

Can a notification be send at the moment the Wizz Membership Club is about to expire?

So many hidden costs

Can’t login into my account for months (yes, i’ve resetted my password many times). If you do not check in digitally, you have to pay €45 to check in at the airport! Even a name change of 1 letter can cost you €100.
