The flight was delay from 6am to 2pm and they said passengers can change flight or refund for free. But then I tried on apps and nothing happens. I called the service center and no one pick up the phone but they still CHARGE 10eur for the phone call.. RIDICULOUS
I’ve been trying to book flights for my team for 3 hours and not a single flight was booked. Nothing is working either on their website or mobile app…
For the low cost airline app, this application is so simple to use, convenient and well-designed. It clearly shows which dates have available flights from which location. The app also clearly shows total price, discount price and membership price without hidden charges. It loads very fast, logs in automatically and thanks to Wizzair partnership with Booking.com, thoughtfully links to one of the best hotel booking site in the world for booking discount. Not only that, the app is available to Apple app store devices all over the world to download and use without geographical limitation unlike some apps. Well done!
