DANCEsculpt: Where rhythm meets resistance. The first half of class involves high-energy, easy to follow dance cardio and standing arms that get your heart rate high and your muscles fired up. The second half moves to the mat with Nicole's signature pilates sculpt flows - smooth, controlled sequences that keep the burn going.
