## WLDCU Reviews in Canada

### ***-- "Some new features but biometric login buggy"
The updated version of the app has many welcome changes like multiple payments, a downloadable void cheque, etc. however the app continuously disables my Face ID biometric log in
-- bsbenejs, 2022-12-09

### ***** "Wldcu"
The app won’t update & is glitchy with the login screen. Terrible app
-- Anuxum, 2022-07-21

### *---- "Annoying User Experience"
Splash screen hangs indefinitely. Incredibly frustrating to stare at an unresponsive screen for time immemorial. Summarized - App Bad.
-- angelakadar, 2022-06-01

### *---- "Not easy to navigate"
Crashes regularly and slow to load. Unnecessary graphics that clutter the app. Other banking apps I use are clean and simple.
-- CalVanRipken, 2022-03-17

### *---- "No"
The new app is not functional in this remote location. When I’m in the city it opens quickly and I can log in with no issues. Fix this please.
-- janrighabskdu, 2022-01-22

### *---- "Going backwards"
There seems to be many issues with this app now if you are using a iPad. Can’t send etransfers, just loads and loads, can’t use the contact us option, just loads and loads, no quick view of accounts. Barometric sensor doesn’t seem to be a option anymore for passwords on a iPad. Poor lay out and app design.
-- 12345678921011121314, 2021-12-01

### *---- "Barb J"
No more quick view of accounts and extra buttons to get to transactions.
Not as bright I think it’s a downgrade for me.
Bill pay harder
Sorry
What’s with the nickname thing all taken
-- wldcu, 2021-11-29

### *---- "E transfers"
With having accounts in your branch there should be no charges for e transfers.
-- Port a Cat, 2021-07-09

### ****- "Works well"
App works fairly well for online banking. Was difficult to get connected to my account but now that it’s connected it’s working well.
-- ThisBenIsHis, 2021-03-26

### *---- "Keeps crashing."
Constantly crashes lately. Can't view account details or login on some days. Super unreliable lately and no support when you try to call in because of limited hours.
-- BBarnwoman, 2017-12-15
