App blank screen

App does not work since getting the latest phone. Blank screen and does not load. Needs to be updated asap as I can’t book classes

Please help

My app won’t open? It’s just a blank screen?

App not working. Blank screen. No IT support

Could I please get some assistance. I have the latest software but the app just loads with a blank screen and won’t work at all. I have tried deleting and installing several times. I tried getting support through your page but there is no help articles for the app or IT under client pages. I can’t even co trip my payments methods let alone sign into classes I’m paying for. Please fix asap! Thank you.

App does not work!!! AVOID!!!

The app is garbage and doesn’t even move past the initial purple screen. I hope I’m not paying for this. Absolute crap…spend less money on Facebook adverts and fix your app.

Extremely slow to open

App is painfully slow to open, very frustrating

App doesn’t work

The app is pointless - was going to sign up for a year with chalk but glad there is a 7 day trial as the app is useless (I can’t get past the first screen which is all grey) and I’ve done ALL the troubleshooting recommended. I will be cancelling and not continuing with the program since the app is so bad and the website on mobile isn’t that much better.
