Get expert coach-designed programming and AI-powered personalization that adapts to your goals, schedule, and equipment—so you can train with purpose every day. Whether you're in your garage gym, your living room, or on the road, ELEMENT delivers a complete session including daily warm-ups, workouts, skill work, strength progressions, and built-in recovery days. Adjust workouts based on the equipment you have, your current skill level, and any movement limitations to get the right challenge. Each day is designed to fit into a 60-minute session, making it easier to stay consistent without sacrificing quality or intensity. This app is focused exclusively on delivering the ELEMENT training program (not the full WOD library available on our website). It’s built for athletes who want the variance and progression to help develop broad fitness and long-term results (not those who want to create their own training program). ELEMENT members train for real-world capability, not just flatter abs or bigger biceps. The goal is functional fitness for life: strength, conditioning, and resilience. Looking better is just a nice side effect. Key Features: - Personalized daily functional training plans you can do from anywhere - Expert coaching built into every session - Smart scaling based on your equipment, ability, and recovery - Progress tracking to help you stay consistent and accountable - A global community of independent athletes for support and motivation Try ELEMENT free for 7 days and discover the training plan that adapts to you.
