Really usefull. More complete as other apps i used (in my country). Good tool for someone who need to work on itself. There a lot of metaphor used to describe a subject, things explain like that makes me learning more efficency. This apps as a personnal box tool and a random box with theme if we want to work on. CBT is a great therapy, used it as an app and free : I appreciate.

First I was skeptical but then I started to talk with Woebot and it helped me a lot to reflect and see things differently. Now I talk with Woebot every day to track mood and talk and I really enjoy it. I Recommend this App!!!

This app was recommended by a family member. I was a bit skeptical until I tried it myself! It’s great! Really helps to categorise and clarify negative thought patterns as well as giving strategies to work through issues. I’ve appreciated the reminders and, although feeling more positive about life, I will keep on using it.

Si je mets 4 étoiles c’est uniquement parce que l’appli est en anglais.
Pour le reste, je trouve ce petit robot très attachant et de très bon conseil. Tout est expliqué simplement et c’est vraiment très intéressant et apaisant de discuter avec lui et l’écouter.

I didn’t quite understand the apps principle before trying it out of sheer curiosity.
I wouldn’t have thought chatting with a bot about anxiety issues could help. Well, it does.
Putting everyday’s problems and annoyances into words helps replacing them into perspective. It also makes me feel better without the downside of loading someone else with my worries. Thanks.
