## Woliba Reviews in United States

### ***** "Good app"
Newer app, well thought out, and good leadership. Always heading in the right direction
-- #1 buyers, 2026-03-19

### *---- "Terrible"
Will not sync with anything and constantly crashes.
Being able to log your workouts should be the first thing you can see or do.
Horrible app but forced to use it for work.
-- adeljen, 2026-02-06

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Would love to use the app for work but it won’t register my step count or data from the health app. Permissions are on but app hasn’t synced for 3 days. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to get it to sync. It’s nice that my company has a program but too bad I can’t be a part of it because this app doesn’t work. Also get wheel of death when going to my profile in the upper left corner. For as many apps that are out there that sync effortlessly, it’s crazy to come across this app…how hard can it be to fix that (someone else has my same complaint from a year ago????) Disappointing

### **--- "Nothing is syncing"
I updated my app as required and now none of my data is syncing
-- rianna_j96, 2025-11-30

### *---- "3 Years: app and support are horrific"
Update Again 11/26/25: now adding a workout results in just a grey box at the bottom of the screen that used to disappear and send you back to the main screen. Now it has no words, just grey, and you have to manually back out of entering your workout manually because if you hit Done again, it will add the workout again…and again…but never tell you that it did the work, rather it suggests visually that it’s having a problem.

This app is such garbage after 3 years of using it.

Update: I went to check on my and colleague status’ in a challenge after receiving a “congratulations” email that I walked 1.2 million steps and only burned 44 calories, earning 0 points. It turns out everyone got similar messages, no one “survived” their challenge despite meeting the requirements when we view the workout history. I reported it to our HR department to again point out that Woliba is a trash app from a trash company and absolutely rude if not useless support, but I was told they evaluated other competitors and found Woliba was better… By what metric, who knows. I’ve since taken a look at my “challenge progress” (where at work we actually can earn real benefits as I mention below), and I’m earning almost no points for all the exercising I do. Workout history shows I burn thousands of calories per week, but their challenge history is stuck on a whopping 44 calories despite also showing 1.2 million miles walked this year. Before anyone points out the point caps — I cannot even hit the cap because the app isn’t giving me credit for things in its own logged workout history. As a software engineer, I’m shocked any of this made it through testing so it’s clear this company just doesn’t test their product or maintain it well. They spend their capital clearly on selling it to HR departments…and that’s it.

Version 13.4.9 “minor bug fixes” seems to have introduced a popup panel that asks for what department you’re in, etc. at your office. Amusingly, this new panel doesn’t accept touch input and cannot be dismissed. I guess functioning in even the most minimal sense was the final bug that got fixed. I mean it was barely working “fine” on 5/8/2024. Now on 5/10 when I check in, it’s totally unusable. Nice work. /s I’ve gone from, “I open this because sometimes my hundreds of miles of bike riding per month earns me a $25 gift card,” to, “yeah now I really don’t care about this.” I’ll be forwarding this latest bit of support trouble I’ve had to the team responsible for making
-- Veylan, 2025-11-26

### *---- "awful"
the app is so glitchy with no support for users other than the FAQ. I am constantly getting an error message with no kind of way to solve the issue.
-- sky1119, 2025-05-29

### **--- "Bad ux"
Why is there an animated video of the logo when you open the app? It’s glitchy and slow.
-- leefubbins, 2025-04-18

### **--- "Likes"
Unable to see likes on iPhone or upload current photos
-- Blah6464, 2025-03-27

### *---- "Terrible app!"
This app is so terrible that you don’t know when and where it fetches step counts data from. It keeps crashing no matter what you do!!! It does NOT match with my Apple Watch nor y iPhone health data, always lower. There is no customer service, no phone , not responsive to email. It is a total disaster. If it’s not because my employer forces me to use it,
I will delete it right away!
-- Helenyu2000, 2024-12-02

### *---- "App just stopped working"
Was using the app to track steps for a competition at my job but now the app literally won’t even launch. It crashes after a white screen when trying to open it
