If it doesn’t detect the payment to the account that you pay your rent to on the exact same calendar day each month, it just classes it as a missed payment and makes no effort to look elsewhere, like the day after/before,when factoring in elements like bank processing dates and bank holidays. This in itself makes them look like scammers. I have used other apps free of cost to help build my credit score with the advise given and paying for a service that uses a guise to get customers is quiet dishonest and distasteful.
