Always missing items, if they even show up that is - and worst of all, no help.
Always missing items, if they even show up that is - and worst of all, no help. Not to mention the credits they give you after they screw up, and you can’t even use them, and they say something is wrong with your credit card. Magically it works again when you disable the credits. But, there’s is no real alternative. Get it together friends at Wolt, it’s really annoying!
1 time og 30 minutter forsinket
Jeg havde købt mad fra mc der var 1 km væk fra hvor jeg bor, maden kom kold 1 time og 30 minutter forsinket
Kold mad, ingen kompensation
Har desværre fået leveret kold mad nogle gange. Wolt vil ikke kompensere for det, så desværre sløj service. Appen fungerer ellers fint
Elendig kundeservice
I går blev vores mad leveret til et forkert sted (til nogle der blot tog imod det) hvor Wolt så ønskede at vi skulle finde frem til den pågældende lejlighed (der sandsynligvis ikke var i vores opgang) for at få maden retur selvom den nok allerede var spist. Og i dag blev maden leveret iskold. Ingen kompensation gives i nogle af tilfældende. Supporten er ligeså kold som den leverede mad. Jeg bruger Just-Eat fremover!

Hvis du er så sulten at du vil betale 50kr levering så du kan få en lunken burger og slatne pommes frites så det lige noget for dig. Hvis du bor i midtbyen skal du nok regne med at de går forkert 5 gange. De bruger ikke maps.
Kvaliteten er blevet for dårlig
Engang var Wolt standarden for, hvor godt det kan gøres, når det kommer til levering af takeaway. Sådan er det desværre ikke længere. Gang på gang overskrides leveringstiden, fordi kurererne prøver at presse så mange bestillinger ind på en gang. Det resulterer ofte i kold mad og overskredne tider.
Service faldet væsenlig
Jeg har desværre haft mange oplevelser med koldt mad eller manglende varer, og det eneste man får retur er leveringen, det er simpelthen ikke ok!
Cold and soggy food
I ordered my food from my McDonald’s at 11:40 a chicken salsa cheese menu. It’s now 12:29 and I’ve finally gotten my food. Luckily I had 14 days free delivery, so I didn’t have to pay for the horrible delivery. He was even in a car! When my food came, the bag was soggy and cold. When I opened it, some of my soda had spilled, and my fries were ice cold. Worst experience ever! WASTE OF 79kr!
