Wolt: Több mint étel szállítás

Placed an order more than two hours ago- delivery should be in 45-55min according to the app. Have tried writing customer service 30 min ago and they are not responding either… so what to do?!?! You took more than 28000 HUF and do not deliver and we cannot cancel… it’s hopeless

Csak akkor rendelj toluk ha nem vagy ehes. Vagy lesz kaja vagy nem, fizetni persze mindenkepp kell.

Wolt’s service has been really frustrating. Customer support ignores me and just sends generic replies instead of solving issues. On top of that, many couriers don’t speak Hungarian or English, making communication impossible. It feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. Disappointing experience overall.

Elutasított rendelés után nem kaptam vissza a pénzem.

Egyre több a nem valósághű adattal regisztráló étterem. A kiszállítás és az ügyfélszolgálat minősíthetetlen. A futárt az ügyfélszolgálat el sem éri. Megloptak és szerintük ez rendben van. Magyarországon a hivatalos nyelv a magyar, kedves Wolt.

Today was the last time I ordered something through this app. Customer service quality: 0 Not the first time trying to order something using Wolt, it looks like it’s very difficult to count the time for them, because over the month I got my order in time only once. Usually the client support was at least somehow helpful, but today the order is late for 30 minutes by now, established time of the delivery is postponed for the 4th time and support cant reply for 15 minutes. The funniest thing is that the restaurant if 300 meters away from my home, but I still need to wait 1 hour to have it. I think nobody enjoys eating cold burger and potato :c Wouldn’t recommend, the delivery price is 100% too high compared to the service quality. If you respect your time don’t use it.

Its horrible. They charge a lot for the delivery and there are lot of times that many restaurants are not available. My order has been canceled many times for no reason when i have even paid for it. It takes hours for my food to get here and it comes cold when i order from a restaurant that is 200meters away.
