Kakva drzava takve i firme. Dno dna od korisnicke podrske vozaca i ovih sto rade hranu. Tili bi mi biti ko Just eat i neke velike EU firme al sve je to kod nas 0 i realizacija nikakva. Tuga od drustva i ovih vukojeba koji uzimaju novce od sirotinje i daju nepalcima da vozu za kikiriki.
The company applies disgusting racist practices and discriminates people by their nationality. In particular, it doesn’t higher Russian citizens living abroad. I work in an American company and I know there are no legal restrictions on hiring Russian citizens living abroad for US companies. Therefore, the company is doing that out of its racist policies applied voluntarily.
I expected Wolt to be better than other food delivery platforms in my region but apparently it is the only one that can’t deliver to my address :(
Delivery time is always double or triple the estimate at the time of ordering (or never arrives at all). customer support is useless they can never solve any problems or offer any solutions just promise to ‘do better in future’. There’s no way to contact the drivers you have to go through their customer service who are unable to do anything so its a complete waste of time talking to them
I have never written a review before in my life but felt the need to write this one. I ordered dinner from volt the other evening from TGI Fridays, our order came and the driver handed me a bag with the wrong order from a sushi restaurant and said it was for me ? I only realised when back at the hotel room. I got through to a volt customer care chat support and they asked would the order not do which was not only a completely different type of food but also a quarter of the price of our original order. The whole process of getting through to the support and attempting to contact the restaurant and them trying to contact the delivery driver who did not answer multiple calls took 2.5 hours. Later we were refunded in volt credits not even our money back at which stage 99% of restaurants were closed. Honestly the worst service I have ever received.
After few attempts to use Volt services I decides to delete my account. The service is simply not reliable.
Such a handy app.
App works perfectly well and support is quite helpful at any time of the day/night!
Does not process Apple Pay payment. Support asking to send in card photograph to allow payment. Big trust issues if Apple Pay is not enough of a proof.
