Delay every second delivery
Starting 3 months back I see that they delay orders 30-50 minute every second time:(

Too late lately
I am a +2 year user on Wolt, i have ordered 30/40 times now, but lately the service is very low, too match delay and very rude drivers!
2 times in a row delivery increased x2 to what was promised
Due to bulk delivery, Volt increased real time of delivery dramatically. They promise 40 min. In fact - 80 minutes. They explain this that my order was last in the route of the courier. But in fact they mislead me during ordering process.
Food is always cold
The food is always cold, even if you pay the subscription.
worst app ever
Everytime i had a problem it NEVER got solved, just incompetent people working and making this app absolutely disgusting service.
Expensive in Malta
Food is very very expensive in Malta and they took also extra for their service. Had issue with an order and customer care didn’t care at all. Closed account and uninstalled app. Never again!
Best delivery app
Really hope it’ll become popular in Italy, it’s so much better than the other common apps
They renew membership without telling you
Absolute scammer. I didn’t know to have a membership and they were taking money from my bank account without me realising.
Unprofessional and unreliable
In my experience, the customer support is not good. In my case, I received 2 pizza different than the one that I ordered, no problem, it can happen to everybody to make a mistake. The point is that the customer support took over 1h to answer to me, and they refund only 25% of the whole amount, while I was clearly stating that they could simply collect the wrong pizzas and deliver the right ones. In my personal opinion they are dishonest and their policies are ridiculous. The restaurant has no fault, it’s wolt service that is a joke.
alphabet problems
everything is great! as a tourist though.. “we got your location address” is brilliant.. the only catch is i can’t confirm since the the pin of the location is on the address written in greek 😅 if the app can improve it.. idk maybe it’s the maps’ fault.. it could’ve been a lot better.
