First time ordering from This app, took my money and then the restaurant blocked my number. Spoke with suport and told me that the food was delivered but they couldn t find me. I put number adress and everything and no one reached out to me. Such a shame to lose money to scammers and the support chat to do nothing about it. Worst delivery app and worst experience.

Wrist experiences ever! Order food, restaurant made it quickly and wait for courier to deliver others orders before you but they didn't tell u before u pay! So after I paid time delivery change with every 15min until 1h more ! Don't waste money with this app, try otherwise bolt

Support takes more than 10 hours to reply to any issue or chat. Couriers do not care about your food and most of the times the drinks are spilled or the food is cold

I did an order, the deliver picked it but she didn’t send it to me. I paid 8400HUF. I contacted the Wolt support team, I told them the problem and they told me that they couldn’t send the money back. They sent me just 2000HUF on the app. Dissapoiment!!!!!!

Nooooot working

Waiting almost three hours now for an order that is stuck in being prepared and was supposed to take 30 min tops. Customer service bot replies irrelevant information and there is no way to know when it will arrive as the ETA keeps increasing. 700+ orders in the app. And that was my last one. Money gone and no order in the horizon. Thanks wolt for a "wonderful" service. Never had such a lousy experience anywhere. Hope for you to see my money for that order back
